Development: Leveraging their robust 30-year friendship, Robert Young, affectionately known as Katt within the Team Lewis Camp, brings unparalleled insight into Lennox's life. Katt's privileged access to Lennox combined with his observant eye has given him a unique perception and insight into the retired champion's untold story. “The Virgo Effect” further enhances this bond, as their birthdays are days apart, and both share Jamaican heritage, upbringing in Canada, and experiences living in the Caribbean and the US. Both are former proud wearers of locs which have since been cut and both framed into artworks by Young.
Pre-development Budget:
The initial investment of $30k usd from Lennox Lewis covers essential early creative development costs. Further budget details, including production and distribution costs, will be provided upon securing additional financing during subsequent phases. This ensures a robust start to the development process.
Distribution Strategy:
Raconteur Seven, LLC, armed with the exclusive shopping right, can then strategically submit the project to potential financiers and distributors. Our mission is to leverage Lennox Lewis’s UK birth, Canadian citizenship, American living, and Jamaican heritage to ensure a robust international distribution outcome. This approach focuses on securing partnerships that not only align with the film’s vision but also tap into the diverse global appeal of “The Last Champion,” maximizing its impact on audiences worldwide.

Third-Party Agreements:
Opportunities arising from Third Parties will be presented to Lennox Lewis for consideration. Raconteur Seven, LLC will facilitate these negotiations, ensuring a collaborative approach and aligning with the project’s vision. This allows for seamless exploration of potential partnerships while respecting the dynamics of the entertainment industry.
Non-Circumvention and Exclusivity:
Post the 18-month Term, if Lennox Lewis decides to present the project to a previously submitted Third Party within six months, Raconteur Seven, LLC will remain attached per the agreement terms. The collaboration is exclusive during the Term.

This agreement is governed by California law, with any disputes resolved accordingly. Signifying the independence of both parties, the agreement stands as the sole understanding, superseding any previous documents.
